JAKARTA - J-Hope officially released a solo album titled Jack In The Box today, Friday, July 15. This debut album marks J-Hope's career as a soloist will begin.

A lead single titled Arson was released on the same day. Arson's song is a Hip-Hop song that tells the story of someone who is stuck at a crossroads in facing the world.

Arson's word means the act of deliberately setting fire to an object. The music video features this man whose real name is Jung Hoseok walking in the middle of a fire that burns property.

Previously, J-Hope released a pre-single song titled MORE on July 1. This punk rock genre song shows a different side of J-Hope than usual.

In the album Jack In The Box there are 10 new songs including Arson and MORE. Some of these songs were made by J-Hope on the sidelines of his busy life as a member of BTS.

J-Hope also confirmed that he would be promoting with his new album. One of them was the Lollapalooza festival where he was the headliner.

The day before, J-Hope held a joint listening event which also invited BTS members and fellow musicians.
