JAKARTA - Nammi, an automotive company under the auspices of Dongfeng, recently launched an electric car called 01. The price is affordable, ranging from 11,000 to US$15,200 or around Rp169-234 million.

Reporting from Carnewschina, Monday, November 20, Nammi 01 was introduced at the current 21st Guangzhou Auto Show, with the hope of achieving a sales target of 400,000 units by 2025.

Nammi, which focuses on small cars, built Nammi 01 based on the Dongfeng S3 platform. This car has a dimensions of 4030 mm, 1810 mm wide, 1570 mm high, and a wheelbase of 2,660 mm.

The design as a whole is round, compact, and attractive with triangular headlights, round back lights, hidden door handles, and frameless front doors, in accordance with the aesthetics of small electric cars.

The battery charging process is located on the front right side side with a five-stop rim measuring 16-17 inches depending on the configuration.

Interior Nammi 01 features a black-and-white contrast color scheme, combined with a lattice motif on the trim door. The design is minimalist with the minimum number of physical buttons, integrated functionals into a full LCD instrument panel, and a central control screen. The baggage capacity reaches 945 liters.

This electric car comes with a front wheel drive and two range options, namely 330 km and 430 km. Both options use lithium iron phosphate battery packages, each with a capacity of 31.45 kWh and 42.3 kWh.

For power, Nammi 01 has a power of 70 kW with the highest speed of 140 km/hour. Fast charging support 400V allows a range of 200 km in just eight minutes.
