JAKARTA - Ahead of the 100th race of 24 Hours Le Mans, Porsche released a special design pattern to welcome this iconic race which will take place from June 10-11 on their Porsche 963.

This launch also welcomes the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the German manufacturer.

There are three Porsche 963 cars with many patterns displayed that initially only have a red, white and black base.

Porsche 963 will be accompanied by orange, pink, green, light blue, dark blue and yellow patterns. There are 15 color lines consisting of seven colors from the back to the front end.

The color feature represents the basic color of the past Porsche racing car which played a role in Porsche's success during its participation in racing.

"This year, we celebrate 75 years of Porsche sports cars. Motorsport, and especially endurance racing, are the core elements of Porsche's DNA. Therefore, the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Le Mans is also special for us," said one member of the Executive Board, Sales and Marketing Porsche, Detlev von Platen in his official statement.

Vice President of Porsche Motorsport, Thomas Laudenbach, said that the three cars that will be deployed in the iconic race from France have a color pattern that also has a strong bond to all racing fans.

"At Le Mans, the third Porsche 963 will draw attention to Porsche's 75th anniversary and the 100th race from Le Mans. I have no doubt that the design will win the hearts of racing fans," Laudenbach said.
