Bangkok Designated As A City With Top World Tourism Visits 2024

JAKARTA - The capital city of Thailand, Bangkok, has been designated the city with the top visit in the world in 2024. This was revealed by Euromonitor International, which recorded 32.4 million visitors to Bangkok this year.

This figure managed to break records and surpassed the Turkish capital, Instantbul, which is in second place with 23 million foreign tourist arrivals throughout 2024.

Launching from VN Express, Sunday, December 8, 2024, Bangkok's success is not related to the number of visitors alone. However, Thailand's tourism policy and its appeal in general also have a big impact.
