- Plane delayed 181-240 minutes compensation for aircraft delays in the form of food and snacks, plus heavy food

- Delay aircraft more than 240 minutes of aircraft delay compensation in the form of cash compensation of Rp. 300,000. Compensation can be given in the form of cash or vouchers that can be cashed or through account transfer no later than 3x24 hours after delays and flight cancellations occur.

- If airlines cancel flights, passengers will receive compensation in the form of two alternative offers, namely full refund of tickets that have been purchased (refund) or diversion to the next flight.
