Bayu Skak expressed his disappointment after learning that Indonesia had canceled hosting the U-20 World Cup based on the decision of the highest football organization, FIFA on Wednesday, March 29 yesterday.

As is well known, the cancellation of Indonesia hosting began with the rejection of several parties over the presence of the Israeli national team in Indonesia as one of the participants in the U-20 World Cup.

"The country that is conflicting when meeting on a football field can play peacefully, Iran vs Usa, South Korea vs North Korea etc," Bayu Skak tweeted on his Twitter, Thursday, March 30.

According to him, football as a sport that demands high sportsmanship should be able to separate itself from the political conflicts that exist outside.

"That's why football should. For a moment, forget the conflict to play football peacefully. It is unfortunate when everything is mixed with political elements," he continued.
