JAKARTA - Jeremy Renner was revealed to have experienced a trauma thorax due to a snow accident that was experienced on Monday, January 2. The actor's representative released a statement that Renner's condition was critical.

"We can confirm that Jeremy (Renner) has a trauma thorax and orthopedic injury and has undergone surgery today - January 2, 2023," said the actor's representative quoting People today, Tuesday, January 3.

"He has returned from surgery and is in an intensive room in a stable condition," he explained.

In the statement, the family expressed their gratitude to the medical authorities who swiftly helped Jeremy Renner. They also appreciated the prayers and hopes of Renner fans.

Authorities said the Hawkeye star was rushed to hospital after the incident.

"At around 3 a.m. on January 1, 2023, the Washington Regency Sheriff's Office responded to a traumatic injury in the Mount Rose Highway area of Reno, Nevada," a local statement said in a statement.

"Arriving there, the Deputy coordinated with the Fire Protection District of Truckee Meadows and REMSA Health to regulate Jeremy Renner's medical transportation via treatment flights to local hospitals," he continued.

"His family is together (Renner) and he is receiving very good treatment," said representative Jeremy Renner.
