Director Colin Trevorrow Talks About Potential Jurassic World Reboot

JAKARTA - Jurassic World: Dominion is the last film in the Jurassic World trilogy. This statement was made by Chris Pratt as the main character.

Director Colin Trevorrow also said that the Jurassic Park reboot is unlikely to happen. Therefore, he chose to continue the Jurassic Park story with the Jurassic World trilogy.

"This is just my personal opinion. One of the challenges in creating this franchise is a reboot, you have to remake Jurassic Park," said Colin Trevorrow quoting Collider today, Thursday, June 9.

“And I will cry for whoever takes up the challenge. Because this is one of the best films ever made."

Talking about Jurassic World, Trevorrow said he didn't know if there were plans to continue the story. This statement is different from what producer Frank Marshall said.

“I thought Dominion would close this trilogy but we are not resting. We'll sit down and see how it goes," said Frank Marshall separately.

“We have a great series, Camp Cretaceous on Netflix. We want to make quality, good films with great stories, great writers and directors but we will be looking for something for Jurassic World."

Jurassic World: Dominion, directed by Colin Trevorrow, tells the story of the relationship between humans who are now living side by side with dinosaurs.

However, the relationship was threatened after the presence of a genetic engineering company that makes dinosaur conservation. This film can be seen in Indonesian cinemas.
