Lee Joon Gi Leaks Ending Scarlet Heart: Unrevealed Goryeo

JAKARTA - Lee Joon Gi leaked the ending of the Korean drama Scarlet Heart: Goryeo which did not air. He revealed this fact when he was a guest on the MMTG program with JaeJae.

In one segment, JaeJae said that the drama Scarlet Heart: Goryeo or Moon Lovers is very popular because it stars a number of famous stars. They are Lee Joon Gi, IU, Kang Ha Neul, Nam Joo Hyuk, Baekhyun EXO, and others.

"I got good energy from the players. Even now, young children ask for my autograph and don't know my other projects and only know Scarlet Heart: Goryeo," said Lee Joon Gi.

JaeJae also revealed the many requests for the second part of Scarlet Heart. Lee Joon Gi is also open to the choice considering the players like to talk about it.

Then Lee Joon Gi shared the unaired ending of Scarlet Heart: Goryeo. Previously he had uploaded a photo of IU who was crying but did not explain the story.

“We filmed the scene where Wang So (Lee Joon Gi's character) and Hae Soo (IU) met again. Wang So saw Hae Soo as a stranger and gave him a handkerchief because he was crying," said Lee Joon Gi.

“When Hae Soo saw her, Wang So looked like someone who didn't know anything. Wang So just smiled and left. Then I thought Hae Soo had called him and he smiled," he continued.

Lee Joon Gi felt that the director felt a dilemma when releasing this scene considering it was a sad scene.

“Whatever he chooses, there will be regrets. Maybe it's better if the ending leaves a bad impression. I like it when my fans are sad. So I won't show it to them," explained the Again My Life actor.

Scarlet Heart: Goryeo is a drama that was released in 2016 about Hae Soo (IU) who was thrown into the Goryeo era. She faces the royal family and falls in love with one of the princes, Wang So (Lee Joon Gi).
