PT PLN Energi Primary Indonesia (PLN EPI), as Subholding PT PLN (Persero), strengthens primary energy management through the implementation of an integrated digital transformation system.

According to PLN Corporate Secretary EPI Mamit Setiawan, the digital transformation carried by the company is not just an effort to adapt to global trends, but a strategic step to ensure that the primary energy supply chain can run smoothly and stably.

"By integrating digital technology into every aspect of its operations, PLN EPI is now able to monitor the availability and distribution of energy in real-time," said Mamit, quoting Antara.

Mamit conveyed, through the implementation of an integrated digital system, PLN EPI can manage energy distribution more effectively, minimize the risk of supply disruption, and ensure that each PLN Group power plant gets the energy supply needed in a timely and appropriate amount.

Furthermore, Mamit emphasized that the stability of the primary energy supply chain is a crucial factor in supporting national energy security.

PLN EPI understands that the company's operational sustainability must go hand in hand with the principles of environmental and social responsibility.

"Therefore, the company continues to diversify primary energy sources by maximizing the use of more environmentally friendly energy, such as biomass and natural gas. This is done as part of an effort to support the energy transition toNet Zero Emission (NZE) in 2060," said Mamit.

"Digitalization is not just a tool, but an important foundation to ensure the stability of the primary energy supply chain. With the technology we have, energy distribution can be regulated with better precision, transparency and accountability. This not only ensures the availability of energy for all PLN Group generators, but also increases reliability in meeting national energy needs," he said.
