Surge's Profit Soared 73.07 Percent In The Third Quarter Of 2023

JAKARTA - PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk or Surge (WIFI), announced an increase in performance in the third quarter of 2023. The company's net profit recorded a significant increase of 73.07 percent from the previous Rp13.7 billion in the third quarter of 2022 to Rp23.72 billion in the third quarter of 2023.

This was quoted from the Company's Financial Statements, Friday, November 3. The net income also grew by 24.12 percent from Rp304.59 billion in the third quarter of 2022 to Rp378.08 billion in the third quarter of 2023. Followed by assets that increased 8.68 percent year to date (ytd) from Rp1.40 trillion at the end of 2022 to Rp1.52 trillion in the third quarter of 2023.

The increase was also followed by an increase in company equity, which recorded an increase of 3.92 percent ytd from Rp612.72 billion at the end of 2022 to Rp636.74 billion in the third quarter of 2023. The company's significant increase was supported by 2 main business segments of the Company, namely the telecommunications segment and the advertising business segment. The Company's telecommunications business segment grew 1,224 percent (12.2 times) from Rp5.24 billion in the third quarter of 2022 to Rp69.3 billion in the third quarter of 2023.

Meanwhile, in the advertising segment, the company recorded growth of 281 percent from Rp66.28 billion in the third quarter of 2022, growing to Rp252.7 billion in the third quarter of 2023.

This growth cannot be separated from the company's directed and measurable business strategy, which continues to provide a strong foundation for companies to innovate and develop business segments in the future.
