As A Partner Bank, Bank Mandiri Boss Targets Selling At GATF 2023 To Increase 2 Times

JAKARTA - PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk held the Garuda Indonesia Travel Fair (GATF) 2023 in seven major cities of Indonesia.

Garuda cooperates with Bank Mandiri as a bank partner.

Bank Mandiri also targets sales to grow twice compared to the previous period.

The GATF 2023 event takes place simultaneously in 7 major cities in Indonesia from 27 October to 29 October 2023. The other cities that hold the 2023 GATF are Jakarta, Medan, Palembang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, and Jayapura.

"Sales at the Garuda Indonesia Travel Fair (GATF) which was held simultaneously in 7 major cities this year is targeted to grow twice compared to the GATF in October 2022," said Bank Mandiri Deputy President Director Alexandra Askandar during the opening ceremony of the GATF 2023 at ICE BSD, Tangerang, Friday, October 27.

To achieve this, said Alexandra, Bank Mandiri provides various additional benefits for Mandiri user credit cards, Debit Cards, and QRIS Livin'by Mandiri who want to purchase tickets or tours at the Garuda Indonesia Travel Fair 2023 event.

"Among other things, cashback of up to IDR 4.25 million, flash sales, extra discounts of up to 25 percent exchange of Livinpoin, and easy payment of 0 percent installments for up to 12 months," he said.

Previously reported, Garuda Indonesia President Director Irfan Setiaputra set a transaction target generated at the Garuda Indonesia Travel Fair (GATF) 2023 in seven major cities of Indonesia reaching Rp105 billion.

Meanwhile, specifically for Jakarta, the target set is IDR 80 billion.

"The transaction target is IDR 105 billion in seven cities. Today it is also opened simultaneously in seven other big cities," said Garuda Indonesia President Director Irfan Setiaputra.

In addition to offering special flight tickets through discounts of up to 80 percent on GATF this time, Garuda Indonesia will also carry out flash sales which will provide additional discounts at certain hours.

Garuda Indonesia at GATF 2023 also offered various other promotional programs such as cashback up to 0 percent installation up to 12 Months with Bank Mandiri, Bonus 50 percent Redeem Livin' to GarudaMiles, Member Get Member Bonus up to 2,500 Miles, Discount up to 43 percent for Award Ticket Redemption, Discount 10 percent Garuda Indonesia Cargo, Discount 20 percent Lounge Access to Discount up to 80 percent Prepaid Baggage.

"Special on GATF this year there is also a domestic flight ticket auction program starting every day from IDR 300,000," he said.
