JAKARTA - Air pollution is a problem that has received the attention of the Indonesian people. The Life Air Quality Index (AQLI) report as of August 2023 states that Indonesia is one of the six countries that contributes the most to global air pollution.

Meanwhile, data from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) from August to September 2023 shows that the level of air pollution in a number of major cities in Indonesia exceeds the safe threshold. Transportation is one of the factors causing the high level of pollution in Indonesia to reach 44 percent.

In this regard, Sinar Mas Land took concrete steps in minimizing air pollution through the provision of electric bicycles in the BSD Green Office Park office area and a number of residential areas in BSD City. The provision of electric bicycles in collaboration with the largest Micro Mobility Beam in Asia Pacific, launched an electric bicycle ridesharing service on Tuesday, October 17 at Green Office Park, BSD City.
