TASPEN Group And BUMD All Over Indonesia Collaborate To Improve The Quality Of Public Services

JAKARTA - PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri (TASPEN) (Persero) berkomitmen memberikan layanan optimal kepada seluruh peserta melalui berbagai strategi dan inovasi. Komitmen tersebut diwujudkan melalui kerja sama antara TASPEN Group (Taspen Life dan Bank Mandiri Taspen) dan Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) seluruh Indonesia untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.

The collaboration, which reflects the synergy spirit of BUMN and BUMD, was announced at the BUMD Awards 2023 and the Coordination of BUMDs throughout Indonesia organized by the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendagri) at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel, Jakarta on Friday 29 September.

Secretariat General of the Ministry of Home Affairs Dr. H. Suhajar Diantoro, MS, Director General of Regional Finance at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Dr. Drs. Agus Fatoni, M.Si, and President Director of TASPEN, ANS Kosasih were also present at the event.

"TASPEN appreciates the Ministry of Home Affairs for always providing space for TASPEN to play a role in improving the quality of public services and economic growth. TASPEN is committed to providing the best service for participants and the community, therefore TASPEN collaborates with BUMD because of its important role in realizing regional prosperity. It is hoped that this collaboration between SOEs and BUMDs can improve the welfare of TASPEN participants, BUMD members, and the community through improving the quality of public services," said ANS Kosasih, in his statement, Tuesday, October 3.

Currently, TASPEN Group has collaborated with almost all Regional Development Banks (BPD) spread from Aceh to Papua. TASPEN has also collaborated with the Association of Regional Development Banks (ASBANDA) in distributing Pension Benefits to ASN throughout Indonesia.

In the future, TASPEN Group will work together in terms of insurance protection for all BUMD members in Indonesia through Taspen Life and will channel funds and credit for all BUMD members through Bank Mandiri Taspen. In addition, Taspen Properti Indonesia will cooperate in terms of financing and property development.

The Director General of Regional Finance at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Dr. Drs Agus Fatoni, M.Si said, the Indonesian people should be proud of the contribution that has been made by BUMD in advancing the regional economy and improving the welfare of the community.

"We also express our highest appreciation for TASPEN Group's support so that this event can be held properly," said Fatoni.

In this series of BUMD Awards 2023 events, TASPEN Group also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with seven associations, including the Association of Regional Development Banks (ASBANDA), the Association of People's Credit Banks Owned by the Government of Indonesia (PERBAMIDA), the Association of Indonesian Drinking Water Companies (PERPAMSI), and the Association of Indonesian Water and Sanitation Management Companies (APPAMSI). In addition, TASPEN also signed an MoU with the Association of Regional Guarantee Companies (ASPENDA), the Domestic Wastewater Management Association (FORKALIM), and the Association of BUMDs of various Indonesian Enterprises (PERDASI).

"The presence of TASPEN Group in the 2023 BUMD Awards activities proves that TASPEN supports the government's vision of improving public services to strengthen the national economy. TASPEN Group and BUMD throughout Indonesia are committed to having a sustainable positive impact on all levels of society," concluded ANS Kosasih.
