Pertamina To Lemigas Cooperation Technology During ICIUOG

JAKARTA - The Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas) initiated various collaborations to support oil and gas production operations in the country.

"We need large investments to pursue increased production. We have communicated several Government policy transformations through this forum so that investors know the transformations carried out by the government to improve the investment climate. Now we are also trying to make industry more efficient, so collaboration must occur," said Head of SKK Migas, Dwi Soetjipto at 4th International Convention on Indonesian Upstream Oil and Gas (ICIUOG) 2023, Friday, September 22.

Several companies that signed the cooperation include:1. The signing of the MoU between bp and Pertamina (KPI) to support the study of the blue ammonia blue project which includes a potential gas supply of 90 mmscfd from Tangguh and the potential for CO2 injection in Tangguh through Tangguh CCUS.

2. MoU SKK Migas Japex related to Development and Implementation of Hubs and Cluster CCS/CCUS in the Republic of Indonesia" signed by Dwi Soetjipto, Head of SKK Migas and Dr. Tomomi Yamada Executive Management Officer, President of Overseas Business Division II Japex.

3. Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Head of Agreement (HoA) between Medco E&P Grisik Ltd (MEPG) and Repsol Sakakemang.

4. MOU Study Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) West Natuna between Medco Energy, Sembcorp and Storegga

5. Cooperation Agreement for Domestic Component Level Verification at Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities with a savings value equivalent to 277 thousand US dollars or equivalent to IDR 4 billion (estimated 1000 contracts per year) between SKK Migas and PT Sucofindo.

6. Cooperation Agreement for the Provision of Passenger Air Transport Services with a savings value equivalent to 333,000 US dollars or equivalent to Rp. 5 billion (Total Discount Regular Flight 2021-2023 Sem I) between SKK Migas and Garuda Indonesia.

7. Strategic Agreement (Strategic Agreement) Solar Turbine with a savings value equivalent to 70 million US dollars or equivalent to Rp1.07 trillion (Aftermarket Savings 2018-2022) between SKK Migas and Solar Turbine.

8. PT Badak Fuel Reduction Program with Fulfillment of Electricity Needs from PT PLN (Persero) Antara PT Badak NGL and PT PLN (Persero) with a savings value of 146 million US dollars with a potential receipt of 191.26 million US dollars.

9. Head of Agreement (HoA) Business Cooperation Strategic Alliance Reactivation Idle Well Batch 2 in Pertamina Regional 1 - Zone 1 and Zone 4 with an investment value of 30 million US dollars and production of 804 MBO with a potential state revenue of 56.3 million US dollars signed by Pertamina - PT Proteknik Utama - PT Mora Jaya Persasa - BPPMGB LEMIGAS - PT Aro Energy Indonesia.
