Laguna Phase 1 Expenditures, Shila Launches Two Latest Types Of Hunian

JAKARTA - Shila at Sawangan, a project developed by PT MC Urban Development Indonesia (MCUDI) introduced two new types of housing, namely Verdant and Oakwood, in the Laguna Cluster.

These two new types of housing offer exclusive features designed to meet the needs of consumers.

"This is an achievement as well as a form of our dedication to building a complete and integrated independent city in Shila at Sawangan," said the Associate Sales & Marketing Director of PT Pakuan Tbk Baryadi Wijaya Exchange, quoted from Antara, Friday, September 1.

Baryadi said Verdant and Oakwood offer a premium lifestyle that embraces harmony with nature and natural lake beauty covering an area of 26 hectares (ha).

Meanwhile, PT MC Urban Development Indonesia (MCUDI) President Director Kenji Ono said that some of the advantages of housing and facilities offered at the Laguna Shila at Sawangan Cluster include strategic locations and direct access through the Pamulang Toll Gate to the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road and Cijago Toll Road which are expected to operate in the third quarter of 2023, as well as the Depok-Antasari Toll Road through the Sawangan Toll Gate.

Previously, Shila at Sawangan had launched Cluster Lake Vista, which was specially designed to meet the needs of an integrated life in the city center.
