IFG Announce Changes In Jasindo's Board Of Directors, Jhon Harlen Becomes Dirkeu

JAKARTA - PT Asuransi Jasindo announced the appointment of Jhon Harlen Butar-Butar as Director of Finance and Investment. This is a decision at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) which will be held on August 1, 2023.

The change in the composition of the board of directors is stated in the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and the President Director of the Company (Persero) PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia as Shareholders of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Number SK22/MBU/08/2023 and Number 19/Kep Sir-PS/BPUI/VIII/2023 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia with the subject of decision including strengthening the honorable dismissal of Bayu Rafisukmawan and appointing Jhon Harlen-Butar as Director of Finance and Investment of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia.

"All Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) management would like to thank Mr. Bayu Rafisukmawan for his contribution and dedication so far, thus making the company's performance more advanced. Changes in the composition of the ranks of the Board of Directors of PT Asuransi Jasindo is expected to be a new spirit for all Jasindo Insurance personnel in facing the challenges they face and improving the company's future performance," wrote IFG Corporate Secretary Oktarina Dwidya Sistha in a written statement, Friday, August 4.

Oktarina added that Jasindo managed to record a consolidated net profit throughout 2022 of Rp231.59 billion or 135.52 percent of RKAP of Rp170.89 billion.

This figure increased by 2363.17 percent compared to the same period the previous year of Rp9.40 billion.

Meanwhile, the total consolidated assets in 2022 reached IDR 16.07 trillion, up 14.16 percent or IDR 1.99 trillion compared to the total assets in the previous year of IDR 14.08 billion.
