Progres Pembangunan Rumah Tapak Jabatan Menteri Di IKN Capai 16,8 Persen

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) said that the progress of the construction of the Ministerial Tax House (RTJM) at IKN had reached 16.8 percent, until July 10, 2023.

According to the plan, as many as 36 RTJMs built in two areas, namely 12 units in Persil 104 and 24 units in Persil 105 IKN will be completed in 2024.

"The Directorate General of Housing of the Ministry of PUPR is currently trying to accelerate the construction of RTJM in IKN," said Director General of Housing of the Ministry of PUPR Iwan Suprijanto in Jakarta, on Friday, July 21.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Kalimantan Housing Provision Center I of the Directorate General of Housing, Ministry of PUPR, Hujurat, said that in the construction of RTJM in IKN, his party also continued to pay attention to a number of important aspects, both from the regional side, residential design and the use of technology.

Some of these aspects are responsive to soil contours, climates, disasters, and the use of smart home systems.

"We also apply the design by utilizing the elements of the archipelago in the design of the building. In addition, the residents will also find it easy to reach social facilities and public facilities with a minimum of only 10 minutes," he said.

For your information, the RTJM was built by the Directorate General of Housing as high as two floors. On the basement floor designated for the driver's bedroom, bathroom, and guard room. On the first floor is the official area, while on the second floor is the family private area.

The land area per unit of landed house is about 1,000 square meters and the building area is about 580 square meters complete with the furniture.

The construction of the RTJM construction was carried out by PT Adhi Karya, Ciriajasa Engineering & Management Consultant KSO and supervisors from PT Yodya Karya.
