Indo Premier Sekuritas Records Average Customer Transactions Up 19 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Indo Premier Sekuritas (IPOT) noted that there were 178 thousand new customers who opened investment accounts in the company's application in 2022.

Last year, there were 178 thousand new investors to the investment world in IPOT. Last year, from customers who transacted with us, there was an increase in the average transaction of 19 percent of customers," said President Director of PT Indo Premier Sekuritas (IPOT) Moleonoto quoting Antara.

He explained that in general there are 10 million investor accounts in Indonesia. Of these, around 4 million are securities accounts based in Indonesia. Of the 4 million, IPOT records a quarter of its customers.

"As of 2022, of the 4 million stock accounts, the company has around 25 percent, namely 1.1 million," he said.

Meanwhile, IPOT recorded a transaction value of IDR 11.8 billion in April 2023.

Moleonoto conveyed this at the press conference for the launch of IPOT Buzz & Trading Simulator.

In the event, IPOT launched two new features, namely IPOT Buzz and Trading Simulator.

IPOT Buzz facilitates investors to connect with other investors and experts or professionals to get the latest information about the Indonesian capital market.

Then with the Simulator Trading feature, IPOT makes simulations for buying and selling shares in IPOT which will make users feel directly the sale and purchase of shares transactions directly without using money.
