The Ministry Of PUPR Will Operate 13 Toll Roads Throughout 309.78 Km This Year

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) through the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) targets the operation of toll roads along 309.78 Km by the end of 2023.

"Until the end of 2023, the existing toll roads will increase again along 309.78 km," said Head of BPJT Danang Parikesit at the DPR RI Building, Jakarta, Tuesday, March 28.

Danang said that there are 13 toll roads that will be operated this year, including the Cileunyi-Sumedang-Dawuan Section 4-6 (longward 28.2 Km) Ciawi-Sukabumi Section 2 (longing 11.9 Km), Cibitung-Cilincing (JORR II) Section 4 (long 7.7 Km).

"Cimanggis-Cibitung (JORR II) Section 2 along 23.01 Km, Serpong-Cinere (JORR II) Section 2 along 3.6 Km, Sigli-Banda Aceh Sections 5 and 6 along 13.2 km," he said.

Then, there is the Kuala Tanjung-Tebing Tinggi-Prapat Toll Road Section 1.2 along 38.45 km, Pasuruan-Probolinggo Section 4A along 8.57 Km, Jakarta-Cikampek II Selatan Package 3 along 31.25 km.

Furthermore, there are Serpong-Balaraja Section 1B along 5.4 Km and Kisaran-Tebing Tinggi (Indrapura) along 47.6 Km.

"Binjai-Langsa (Stabat-Tanjungpura) along 26.2 km, Sp. Indralaya-Prabumulih along 64.7 km," he added.

For your information, until the 2015-2022 period, the government has completed the construction of a 1,809 km toll road, including the connection of the Trans Java Toll Road and the start of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road as the backbone of the national economy. It is targeted that the length of the toll road will operate in 2024 to 3,488 km.
