The Head Of Makassar Customs And Excise Has Not Been Removed From His Position, Spokesperson For The Ministry Of Finance: We Check First

JAKARTA - Special Staff to the Ministry of Finance Yustinus Prastowo explained the reason why the Ministry of Finance had not removed the Head of the Makassar Customs Office Andhi Pramono from his position even though he had begun to be questioned.

Whereas previously, former Head of the General Section of the South Jakarta DGT Regional Office II Rafael Alun Trisambodo and former Head of the Yogyakarta Customs Office Eko Darmanto had been removed from his position.

"We will check it with the Inspector General and the Inspector General of Customs and Excise, it feels like because this is the first request for information and we were of the view yesterday to be asked for information when we have an assignment to Jakarta. But then we will check with the next Itjen what kind of decision will be," said Yustinus to reporters quoted on Monday, March 14.

Yustinus said that Andhy had been summoned by the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance on Friday, March 10 and was cooperative when giving an explanation.

"The Head of Makassar Customs and Excise was summoned, last Friday he was present, cooperatively giving an explanation regarding what was crowded on social media," continued Yustinus.

As for now, he continued, the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance, Awan Nurmawan Nuh, is still waiting for evidence of files being collected for further examination.

Just so you know, the Head of Makassar Customs Andhi Pramono fulfilled the summons of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) today, Tuesday, March 14.

He will be asked for clarification about his wealth which is highlighted by the public.

Andhi arrived at around 09.16 WIB at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta. He didn't say much before entering the anti-corruption commission headquarters.

"Later, when it is finished, I will convey (the results, ed)," Andhi told reporters before clarifying his wealth.

For information, Andhi reported his assets on February 16, 2022.

In the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN), he is considered to have assets worth IDR 13,753,365,726 and has no debt.

He has 15 plots of land and buildings spread across Salatiga, Karimun, Batam, Bekasi, Central Jakarta, Bogor, Banyuasin, and Cianjur with an estimated value of IDR 6,989,727,200.

Next, Andi has nine cars, namely the 1974 Fiat sedan; 2010 sedan smart; 1966 Toyota Corolla; 2016 Honda Brio; 1966 Ford sedan; 1956 Chevrolet sedan; 1963 Austin sedan; and 2019 Toyota Jeep.

In addition, he also recorded ownership of four motorcycles namely Honda 2006; Honda Beat in 2010; and two units of the 1962 Piagio Vespa.

The ownership value of this vehicle reaches IDR 1,846,800,000.

Furthermore, Andhi recorded ownership of other movable assets worth IDR 706,500,000; cash and cash equivalents of IDR 1,214,508,641.
