Optimize The P3DN Program, The Ministry Of Industry Again Holds The Business Matching Expenditure For PDN 2023

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) has again held a Business Matching for Domestic Product Expenditures (PDN) 2023.

This activity aims to facilitate meetings between PDN user agencies and domestic industrial business actors. Agencies for PDN users include ministries/agencies, local governments, and certain business entities.

"Through this meeting, we hope that both parties can discuss plans for goods needs in the procurement of goods that will be carried out by each agency and its commitment to be supplied with PDN," said Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry Dody Widodo in Jakarta, Monday, March 13.

In organizing this year's Domestic Product Business Matching, the Ministry of Industry will cooperate with the Ministry of Defense. The activity will be held on March 15-17, 2023 with the concept of One Stop Event at Istora Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta.

This means that these activities will be carried out in one place with various agendas that carry out topics about the importance of using domestic products.

Business Matching Domestic Products in 2023 will be attended by commitment-making officials in work units, industry associations, goods/service procurement associations, manufacturers from upstream to downstream, and providers.

The participants will occupy every desk that has been provided alternately to hold business meetings. Furthermore, transactions for the purchase of PDN or the commitment to purchase PDN generated from desks will be displayed on the giant screen in actual time so that all participants know.

"In addition to the Business Matching desk, talk shows will also be held inviting 10 ministries/agencies/institutions with the largest budget. This can be used by companies that want to enter the procurement of government goods/services," said Dody.

Other activities that will be held include exhibitions of domestic products, technical guidelines for filling in SiRUP and SPSE, as well as the P3DN Team Communication Forum which can be used as a discussion event regarding the development of the P3DN program in each agency.

In addition, every day there will also be a consulting corner for activity participants who need technical explanations related to TKDN certification specifically for small industries, independent verification institutions, the Ministry of Industry's Sectoral Ekatalog, government credit cards, and other consultation points managed by IAPI, BPKP, and LKPP.

Later, the 2023 P3DN Award will also be handed over to users, as well as PDN producers who have paid attention to efforts to increase the use of domestic products. The Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry said that this award will assess all aspects related to the P3DN program.

"What is assessed in the user sector is the aspect of realization, aspects of planning, aspects of evaluation, and aspects of campaigns," he added.

The sub-categories for receiving awards for the user category include state/ministerial institutions with the 10 largest budgets, state/ministerial institutions in addition to the 10 largest budgets, provincial governments, district/city local governments, and SOEs.

Meanwhile, the producer category is divided into producers of small industries, medium industries, and large industries.

The selection of the winner was carried out by an assessment team from across institutions.

Previously, the Ministry of Industry had organized a 2022 Domestic Product Business Matching in Bali, last March. The implementation managed to record a commitment to spending PDN of up to IDR 214 trillion.

The activity then continued to the fourth stage in October 2022. In addition to Business Matching activities carried out within the national scope, several local governments and ministries/agencies also regularly organize Business Matching with industry entrepreneurs according to the needs of their respective agencies.
