Link Net Partners With TA Networks To Present Latest Generation Of Wi-Fi Services At Home

JAKARTA - PT Link Net Tbk (Link Net), one of the providers of internet fixed broadband and cable TV services with the brand First Media which has reached more than 3 million homes passed in Indonesia, along with TA Networks (TEA), a global Wi-Fi predictive maintenance software provider, announced the success of a series of proofs of concept (PoC) using TEA Predictive Optimization Technology (TEApot), a Wi-Fi management solution that is ready to present the latest generation Wi-Fi services at home.

It is undeniable that the internet at home has an important role and requires reliable WiFi performance, so it becomes a core service offered by many internet service providers in the world. However, many WiFi currently still depend on hardware that is difficult to manage to ensure the quality of internet use, so that the handling of problems in WiFi becomes constrained without sending technicians to home.

With the launch of the Home Wi-Fi TEApot management solution, Link Net will have a solution to strengthen the quality of broadband internet services, by offering the most reliable Wi-Fi connectivity. During the trial, the TAA Networks have shown the benefits of TEApot Cloud and TEApot Devices equipped with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, which allows independent Wi-Fi monitoring for customers to stay connected to fast and reliable home Wi-Fi.
