Ticket bookings can be made through the KAI Access application, the kai.id website, contact center 121 and various official sales partners in collaboration with KAI. The counters at the station only serve go show ticket sales starting 3 hours before the train departure schedule.
KAI's VP of Public Relations Joni Martinus said the total KAI added 487,180 long-distance train seats or an average of 22,144 seats per day.
Furthermore, Joni said the additional trains were available for favorite connection trips such as Jakarta-Solo pp, Jakarta-Surabaya pp, Bandung-Semarang pp, Yogyakarta-Surabaya pp, and others.

- Date 1, 2, 7-9, 14-30 April 2023: KA Arjuno Ekspres (Surabaya Gubeng-Malang pp).
- Date 1-10, 12-30 April 2023: Additional Argo Sindoro Train (Semarang Tawang-Gambir pp).
- April 6-30, 2023: Additional Gajayana Trains (Malang-Gambir pp), Additional Sembrani Trains (Surabaya Pasarturi-Gambir pp), Additional Argo Sindoro Trains (Semarang Tawang-Gambir), Additional Argo Muria Trains (Gambir-Semarang Tawang).
- April 11-30, 2023: Additional Kertajaya Train (Surabaya Pasarturi-Pasar Senen), Additional Brantas Train (Blitar-Pasarsenen), Ciremai Train (Semarang Tawang-Bandung).
