However, if using financing from investors, it is clear that the manager, in this case PTGN must be responsible because of its potential action, there is a lawsuit," he told reporters. This is because there is a potential state loss that will arise if there is a defeat due to PT Risco Energy Pratama's lawsuit, because there is state money that must be accounted for by PTGN regarding the management of regasification at the Sambera PLTG. "If it stalls, then in addition to the supply of electricity to IKN it can be disrupted, what must be underlined is the president's promise to use clean energy, don't use clean energy. until it was dispelled again, "he said. The suspect said that the opportunity for gasification of electricity also needed to be supported by the government's commitment to replace PLTU from coal to gas that was more environmentally friendly. Meanwhile, PT Risco Energi Pratama's spokesman, Aditya Pratama, said that his party was still waiting for the good faith of PTGN to complete its obligations to investments given in the Sambera PLTG gasification project. "In principle, we as partners of PT GN in this project are ready to sit down together think of the best way. Because so far we feel that the leadership of PTGN is not serious in managing the Sambera PLTG," he said. "We have no intention of taking any legal action at this time," he said firmly. Energy Observer Komaidi Notonegoro also responded to the current condition of the Sambera PLTG, the government must think with it wisely related to the sustainability of the project. "Because the electricity supply for the East Kalimantan region, especially IKN, is designed by utilizing clean energy (EB) and new renewable energy (EBT)," he said. As is known, Sambera Gas Power Plant (PLTG) has a capacity of 2times20 Megawatts (MW), the energy source of the Sambera PLTG uses the Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) regasification with the first trucking mode of transportation in Indonesia. The method is the solution to gas supply to consumers who are not affordable with gas pipes. By using LNG, PLN can save primary energy costs of IDR 70 billion per year.
