JAKARTA - PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) will submit a dividend distribution agreement of IDR 552 per share.

Citing the disclosure of information, Tuesday, February 28, this submission will be made at the 2022 annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS) which will be held in April 2023.

The Company's Board of Directors plans to propose a higher final dividend, which is IDR 552 per share. The final dividend to be proposed is, along with an interim dividend of IDR 88 per share which has been distributed in October 2022.
