JAKARTA - The State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) will receive IDR 25.4 trillion in investment financing from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) in 2023.
President Director of the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) Basuki Purwadi said the financing was for land acquisition for national strategic projects (PSN).
"We hope that it can be disbursed this year to increase the adequacy of funds for land acquisition for PSN," Basuki said quoting Antara, Jakarta, Monday, February 27.
He said LMAN plans to disburse the investment financing in mid-2023 amounting to IDR 10 trillion.
"Later, at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2023 we will disburse the remaining Rp15.4 trillion, but that is just a plan. If the needs are accelerated, we will advance it," he said.
The LMAN land acquisition budget is mostly absorbed for toll roads which are usually in strategic areas so that the price of land is more expensive.
In addition, land acquisition for other PSNs such as dams and railway lines is also carried out by LMAN.
Since its establishment, LMAN has helped the government procure land for 106 PSN spread throughout Indonesia, where in 2022 39 PSN toll roads and 17 PSN dams have been inaugurated.
Previously, Basuki said, throughout 2020, 2021, and 2022, amidst COVID-19, LMAN distributed IDR 58.85 trillion for the land acquisition of the National Strategic Project (PSN) so that an average per year of at least IDR 20 trillion was distributed.
