JAKARTA - The implementation of the Indonesia International Motor Show or IIMS 2023 has been held for 11 full days, since the first day was officially opened by President Joko Widodo, on Thursday, February 16.

This year's IIMS event is considered capable of restoring the enthusiasm of the country's automotive industry which had been running slowly during the previous year's pandemic.

This can be seen from the total IIMS 2023 transactions recorded by Dyandra Promosindo as the organizer until Saturday, February 25, reaching a total of IDR 3.45 trillion.

Not only that, Dyandra Promosindo also managed to record the number of visitors who experienced an increase of up to 24 percent from 2022 in the same period.

The IIMS 2023, which has been going on for 11 days, presents the concept of Oto-tainment (Otomotive and Entertainment) with the presence of the IIMS Infinite Live stage, as well as a series of features, such as IIMS Sky Bridge to IIMS Track.

We are also very happy to see the enthusiasm of the Indonesian people for the higher automotive industry, and we hope this event can continue to strengthen the development of the automotive industry in Indonesia." said President Director of PT Dyandra Media International Daswar Marpaung in a written statement, Monday, February 27.

Daswar said, Dyandra Promosindo as the organizer is committed so that IIMS can continue to be held every year, in order to increase the interest and knowledge of the Indonesian people about the automotive industry.

We look forward to meeting again at the next IIMS with more slick innovations as proof of our commitment to developing the automotive sector and the MICE sector, which contribute to national economic growth," he added.

The four-wheeled brands that also attended included Astra Daihatsu, BMW, Chery, DFSK, Honda, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, MG, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota and Wuling to Indomobil Group presenting five brands, namely Audi, Citroen, KIA, Nissan, and Volkswagen (VW).

Furthermore, two-wheeled brands were present, including Astra Honda Motor, Benelli-Keeway, Energica, Husqvarna, Italjet, KTM, Niu, Royal Alloy, Royal Enfield and Yamaha.

Meanwhile, the two-wheeled electric vehicle brand was attended by Gelis, Ion Mobility, Rakata, Selis and Smartby.
