Inerves The Development Of Quality Human Resources, Apindo Gandeng Ibima Limbung Abilec

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Employers' Association (Apindo) together with the Industry and Business Institute of Management (Ibima) are working together to launch Apindo Business and Industry Learning Center (Abilec) to support the progress of industry in Indonesia.

Apindo Chairman Hariyadi B. Sukamdani said, through this collaboration, it is hoped that it will become an aggregator for business and industry, as well as play an active role and become a solution to the challenges of human resource development needs, link and match programs in the industrial world, as well as various forms of cooperation involving various parties.

Apindo noted that in the last five years, the manufacturing contribution to Indonesia's total GDP has continued to be below 20 percent.

"There are many internal factors in the manufacturing and policy industries that cause it, including the increasing contribution of the service sector to our total economy," said Hariyadi at the launch of the Aulec cooperation and the Ibima Institute at the Apindo office, Monday, February 13.

Hariyadi said that the application of the concept of lan industry 4.0 was the most effective way to increase the industrial operational excellence.

Applications to this concept can reduce lead time and increase output by eliminating waste.

"Companies that have succeeded in implementing lan industry 4.0 can reduce conversion costs by 40 percent in the next five to 10 years, arguably much better than reducing the application of lean or industry 4.0 in its equivalent," he said.

As for the Aulec and Ibima Institute cooperation programs, several real programs proposed are to build cooperation and open up opportunities for organizational or corporate development through ecosystem and technology connectivity.

Next, providing wider access to networking and pilot projects in an effort to accelerate the recovery of business economic growth and the national industry.

Then, provide opportunities to increase sales and use of products made by the nation's children, as well as establish accessibility relationships with various stakeholders.

Furthermore, providing services from Abilec programs and the Ibima Institute which are solution, constructive, cooperative, and integrative for the recovery of national business/industrial and development of human resources.

"Providing access and full support in the development of research and commercialization, as well as the development of entertainment and incubator centers," explained Hariyadi.

On the same occasion, Founder Ibima I Made Dana Tangkas said, this collaboration is one of the efforts towards the ideals of Indonesia's gold in 2045.

This program is expected to be realized soon to build the best industry through the development of industrial human resources.

"As well as supporting future technology-based business leadership, IR 4.0, and trends of competency needs & professionalism nationally and globally," he added.
