PT Hutama Karya (Persero) is targeting several projects in the capital city of the archipelago (IKN), namely the construction of the Vice President's Palace and the construction of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) flat.
Director of Operations II Hutama Karya Gunadi said that his party is currently continuing to coordinate actively with several planning consultants and communicate with the PUPR ministry.
"About the packages provided in 2023," said Gunadi, in Jakarta, Friday, January 27.
Not only the IKN project, Gunadi said Hutama Karya also plans to target other projects. One of them is an office building.
"We have targeted and prepared project tenders such as several hospitals, universities, office buildings to sports stadiums," added Gunadi.
In 2023, Gunadi said, Hutama Karya is targeting several new contracts worth IDR 3.621 trillion with a total of 10 non-KSOs and four KSO projects.
"Until the end of 2023, there are six construction building projects that will be completed by the company, namely the Malikussaleh University Building Development Project in Lhokseumawe, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia in Bandung," he said.
Then, LIPI Geodiversity in Kebumen, Mother Hospital & Children Sanglah II in Bali, Sardjito Hospital Yogyakarta to Toba National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN) in North Sumatra.
Gunadi said, most of the projects are planned to be completed in Semester II 2023. "Our target is not only completed on time, but also to provide delivery with the best quality," said Gunadi.
Of these projects, said Gunadi, the most significant progress at this time is the project of the Malikussaleh University campus building, Lhokseumawe-Aceh. The project, which started in August 2021, already has a progress of 40 percent.
Currently, Gunadi continued, the roof frame steel structure and finishing of the architect is being carried out, with a work scope covering architecture, mechanics, engineering, plumbing, and site development. This project is targeted for completion in August 2023.
Meanwhile, another project that has a fairly high complexity level is the Turyanpada Telecommunication Tower Project in Buleleng Regency, Bali.
"This is because the structure of the soil layer is rocky, so special attention is needed during the process of digging the soil," he said.
Seeing the characteristics of the project are quite diverse with each level of complexity, Hutama Karya implements a number of strategies to accelerate its completion.
"We have prepared a number of strategies for accelerating construction, such as the use of Building Information Modelling technology, strengthening synergy with the surrounding community, community leaders and local workers," said Gunadi.
