JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) through the Directorate General of Infrastructure and Housing Financing allocated 220,000 units of Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) for low-income people (MBR) in 2023.

"For housing financing assistance, which includes 220,000 units of FLPP, the down payment subsidies as FLPP assistants are the same number," said Director General of Infrastructure Financing and Housing Herry Trisaputra Zuna in a Hearing Meeting with Commission V DPR RI monitored online, Tuesday, January 24.

Herry also said that IDR 25.18 trillion of funds would be allocated to this year's FLPP.

Meanwhile, this year's Face-to-Face Assistance Subsidy (SBUM) is allocated IDR 890 billion for 220,000 FLPP housing units.

Regarding the Interest Disposal Subsidy (SSB) for payments for the issuance of mortgages in previous years, the Ministry of PUPR allocated funds of IDR 3.46 trillion.

Meanwhile, this year's allocation for Public Housing Savings (Tapera) is IDR 1.05 trillion for 12,072 units.
