Sinar Mas Land Provides Bank Interest Subsidy Stimulus through the Smart Move Program

JAKARTA - Sinar Mas Land is preparing a number of stimuli to persuade the public to keep an eye on the property sector in 2023 by launching a national sales program titled smart move on January 17, 2023 and is valid throughout the year.

This program is in the form of providing banking interest rate subsidies for up to 3 years for the purchase of Sinar Mas Land products.

Sinar Mas Land Director, Herry Hendarta explained, consumers can also enjoy a series of benefits if they make hard case transactions or express KPR/KPA/KPT.

"This national sales program is very profitable for both parties which can provide convenience for consumers and of course also support Sinar Mas Land's marketing sales targets," he said as quoted from an official statement, Tuesday, January 17.

He explained that the smart move program offers maximum price relief for several products, including landed residential, shop houses, apartments, and plots.

This program also provides promos for easy payment methods such as hard cases and KPR/T/A.

For the purchase of products with hard cases in the form of relief, discounts of up to 18 percent, cashback of up to 5.5 percent, and free service charge for 12 months.

Then for how to pay KPR/T/A Express, this program offers relief in the form of DP subsidies of up to 15 percent, interest subsidies of up to 6 percent (or 2 percent for 3 years), mortgage fee subsidies of up to 2.5 percent, and free service charge for 12 months.

The smart move program period starts from 2 February to 31 December 2023 which is divided into three phases.

Period I starts February 2 to May 31, 2023 which has the most promos and is profitable for consumers, then these promos will decrease in period II (June-September 2023) and period III (October-December 2023).

"In addition to ease of payment, consumers of course also have the opportunity to get direct prizes, namely metal from up to 25 grams and shopping vouchers for priority customers of IDR 5 million in the period January 17-2 February 2023," continued Herry.

The projects belonging to Sinar Mas Land that are participating in the smart move program are spread across a number of regions.

In Greater Tangerang there are BSD City and Banjar Wijaya Park. In South Jakarta there are The Elements, Southgate, and Aerium Apartments in West Jakarta.

Apart from that, there is a Tourism City and a Tourism Legend in Cibubur. Furthermore, Wisata Bukit Mas and Klaska Residence in Surabaya, Nuvasa Bay in Batam, to Grand City Balikpapan in East Kalimantan also joined this program.

The products offered include plots, houses, apartments, kiosks and shop houses.
