Deposit Rp1.37 Trillion, Axiata Investments Add Share Ownership In XL

Quoted from the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, Monday, January 9, it was stated that the transaction was carried out on December 30, 2022 at a price of IDR 2,080 per share. So that the total transaction value is IDR 1.37 trillion.

Prior to the transaction, the total ownership of AII amounted to 8,037,176,856 shares or 65.86 percent. After the transaction to 8,697,163,762 shares or 66.25 percent.

XL Axiata itself has just carried out additional capital with pre-emptive rights (HMETD) or rights issue by issuing 2,403,755,889 new shares.

The number of shares is equivalent to 18.31 percent of the company's issued and fully paid capital after PMHMETD III with a nominal value of IDR 100 per share. The exercise price is IDR 2,080 so that the amount of funds received by EXCL reached IDR 4.99 trillion.

Axiata Investments also had time to exercise all of its rights to the EXCL rights issue of 1,477,929,593 shares in IDR 2,080 per share on December 20, 2022. The transaction value reached IDR 3.07 trillion. After the transaction, Axiata Investments held 8,037,176,856 shares or 65.86 percent.
