Achieve Three ASEAN Awards, PT PII Emphasis Risk Management In The Procedure Of Acceleration Of Infrastructure Development

JAKARTA State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (PII) received three awards at once at the 2022 ASEAN Risk Award event from the Enterprise Risk Management Academy (ERMA) Singapore.

It was stated that the special mission vehicle (SMV) of the Ministry of Finance successfully won the category of 1st Champion Risk Category I, Runner up GRC Award Category I, and Risk Educator at the ceremony held at the Anvaya Hotel Bali in the middle of this week.

Business Director of PT PII Andre Permana said the achievements made were sweet gifts ahead of the company's 13th anniversary.

"This is the result obtained from the implementation of risk management according to the best practice carried out by the management and employees of PT PII," he said in a press statement on Friday, December 9.

According to Andre, his party has a mandate from the government to support the acceleration of infrastructure development through an innovative financing scheme by prioritizing reliable risk management.

"This achievement will certainly support strengthening the company's business aspect to navigate 2023. We believe that the creative financing spirit can provide great benefits for the community," he said.

Andre added, PT PII will also conduct entertainment and diversify its business by guaranteeing outside infrastructure. This is also a new challenge for the company as a quarantine institution in order to continue to gain the trust of various stakeholders.

"Therefore, the achievements obtained are the basis for increasingly being committed to implementing comprehensive risk management and integrating good governance," said Andre.

For information, the ASEAN Risk Awards 2022 event is an award that is attended by companies in Southeast Asia that implement risk management with various business sizes, types of industry, and countries of origin, and have the same enthusiasm to improve the best risk management model.

The ASEAN Risk Awards activity is claimed to involve professionals from various countries who have backgrounds in the fields of risk management, auditors, businesses and international relations as award judges.
