Baru Oktober, Realisasi APBN Regional Di Jakarta Sudah Lampaui Target Dan Surplus Rp861,7 Triliun

The Ministry of Finance unit in DKI Jakarta reports that the economy in the DKI Jakarta area is getting stronger with the realization of regional APBN revenues and grants until October 31, 2022, reaching IDR 1,327.8 trillion. This figure is recorded to have exceeded the target with a book of 137.4 percent.

On the other hand, the realized spending ceiling is IDR 483.3 trillion or equivalent to 67.4 percent of the ceiling. This condition makes the regional surplus of IDR 861.7 trillion or an increase of 322.7 percent from the target.

Head of the General Section of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of DKI Jakarta Province, Ministry of Finance, Arinto Sujatmono, said that the surplus increased significantly by 164 percent compared to the same period in 2021.

"This result is supported by an increase in tax realization by 56.3 percent due to a significant increase in the trade sector, import of imports of imports of import duties, and an increase in the realization of non-tax state revenues (PNBP) by 55.8 percent," he said in a press statement today, Wednesday, November 30.

Arinto added that in terms of spending, it is quite slow, which is influenced by a decrease in capital expenditures and personnel expenditures.

"For the trade balance in the Jakarta area, it has experienced a slight slowdown where DKI Jakarta's exports in October 2022 amounted to 4.58 billion US dollars, a decrease of 4.7 percent compared to September 2022. Then, DKI Jakarta imports in October 2022 amounted to 6.47 billion US dollars or decreased 1.9 percent compared to September 2022," he said.

Furthermore, Arinto explained that there is a global economic impact that affects the business world in Jakarta. This indication can be seen in the trend of increasing inflation that cannot be separated from the connection with the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Several sectors that experienced a decline in business due to rising commodity prices, inflation, and monetary tightening include trade and motorized vehicles. However, the Russia-Ukraine conflict has had no direct impact on the economy of DKI Jakarta in the short term," he stressed.
