BSU Don't Visit Disbursement? Know Causes And How To Complain

The government through the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has started distributing wage subsidy assistance (BSU) phase 7 to workers who have salaries below IDR 3.5 million per month. However, there are still many people who fail to get this social assistance. So, what causes the bsu to not be disbursed?

Causes of BSU Not Liquid

According to the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower (Permenaker) No. 10/2022 concerning Guidelines for Providing Government Assistance in the Form of Salary/Wage Subsidies for Workers/Labourers, there are several requirements for BSU 2022, the requirements for BSU recipients are Indonesian Citizens (WNI) who have a Population Identification Number (NIK) and are workers with a maximum salary of IDR 3.5 million per month.

In addition, BSU recipients are also not Civil Servants (PNS) or Members of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (Polri).

If the worker does not meet this administrative requirement, the wage subsidy will not be disbursed.

The requirement for BSU recipients is that workers are registered as BPJS Employment participants. Thus, workers who are not active participants of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, at least until November 2022, will not get BSU.

Referring to Permenaker Number 10 of 2022, workers who have received other social assistance, such as Pre-Employment Cards, Family Hope Programs (PKH), and Productive Assistance for Micro Enterprises (BPUM), cannot get wage subsidy assistance.

The next reason BSU has not been disbursed is that there is an error in recipient data. Bearing in mind, the Ministry of Manpower received data on BSU recipients from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

After receiving the data, the Ministry of Manpower verifies and validates recipient data. However, there could be inappropriate recipient data, thus making recipients unable to benefit from the disbursement of stage 7 wage subsidy assistance.
