PT Wulandari Bangun Laksana Tbk (BSBK) is ready to seize opportunities for the property business in the area around the State Capital (IKN) of the Archipelago following the company's plan to soon enter the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the near future.

"Apart from having an interesting and different concept from its predecessor, our property also stands in the city center with a very strategic location, close to shopping centers, offices, entertainment and other necessities of life. Apart from the strategic location, which is to stand in the Balikpapan Super Block area, the developer also supports other facilities," said Tjia.

Wulandari Bangun Laksana is currently conducting an initial public offering on November 2-4, 2022. The company is scheduled to take the floor on the stock exchange on November 8, 2022.
