Food Station Implementation FS Nutri Rice For Mother And Children Community In West Jakarta

JAKARTA - The Food Station campaigns for the fulfillment of balanced nutrition from an early age in order to support the large number of micro-nutrient reductions in big cities such as DKI Jakarta. This micro nutritional gap is partly due to iron deficiency (Fe) which causes anemia and nutritional inequality that can reduce immunity in children's bodies. The Balanced Nutrition Fulfillment Campaign was carried out in collaboration with the West Jakarta Mother and Children Community, on Sunday 11 September. Head of the Modern Trade Section of PT Food Station, Yulan Sari Siregar as the representative of FS at the event, said that his party cares about this fortified rice product which can help mothers and children in maintaining health and fulfilling nutrition in a balanced and cheap way. "I hope that I can work together by providing positive education to mothers in DKI Jakarta and hopefully throughout Indonesia through one of the innovative Food Station products, namely FS Nutri Rice, which is now available in modern markets such as Alfamart and e-commerce," Yulan said in a written statement, Monday, September 13. "FS Nutririce is very good for children as a nutritious intake because it is enriched by vitamins A, B complex, folic acid to zinc and iron as Asi's companion. My hope is that in the future we will support several events for the mother and child community that require education regarding this high-nutrient rice," he added. President Director of PT Food Station, Pamrihadi, also said that the company is ready to cooperate with the mother and child community in order to meet balanced nutrition in order to avoid malnutrition. The reason is, acute malnutrition can interfere with physical growth, and also disrupt brain development in children.
