One Million Vehicles Already Registered For MyPertamina, 70 Percents Are Pertalite Consumers And 30 Percents Are Solar Consumers

JAKARTA - Pertamina Patra Niaga noted that more than one million vehicles have been registered in the Subsidy Program, which is effective until the end of August 2022.

Of this number, 70 percent of vehicles registered are Pertalite consumers and 30 percent for Solar.

"The focus is still on registration and socialization, as well as ensuring the readiness of the operational system in the field while continuing to monitor the progress of the revision of Presidential Regulation No. 191 of 2014 which is the reference for determining the distribution of subsidized fuel," explained Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary, Irto Ginting in his statement, Wednesday, August 31.

Based on data from subsidized program registrants, said Irto, Pertalite users who register are still dominated by personal users.

As for Solar, the composition is quite balanced between private users and public transportation.

In increasing the number of registrants, he continued, Pertamina Patra Niaga also continues to add direct registration booth points spread across public fuel stations (SPBU) in several areas.

"There are more than 1,300 offline registration booth points spread throughout Indonesia, the location can be checked directly via https://mypertamina.id/lokasi-pendaftaran-offline-bbm-subsidi-tepat. In addition to encouraging people to register, we also ensure that the verification process runs optimally so that the process can be carried out on time, "explained Irto.

Irto reminded people who feel they have the right to receive subsidized fuel to immediately register their vehicles.

Pertamina Patra Niaga is also currently testing the readiness to verify the QR Code at several points.

In the future, the Proper Subsidy Program will be synergized with regulations for determining the distribution of subsidized fuel determined by the government.

"This is a step by the Government and Pertamina in ensuring that fuel subsidies are more targeted, as a form of protection to people who are entitled to enjoy fuel subsidies, vulnerable people who really need energy at affordable prices for their needs," concluded Irto.
