JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP) decided to pay a dividend of IDR 40.12 billion or 18.21 percent of the company's net profit for the 2021 financial year.
Corporate Secretary of PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk Idrus H. Widjajakusuma in his presentation revealed that shareholders whose names are registered in the DPS on July 4, 2022 will receive cash dividends of Rp. 9 per share which will be distributed on July 22, 2022.
"CSAP's net profit was recorded at IDR 79 billion in 2021, up 25 percent compared to 2020's achievement of IDR 63 billion," said Idrus in his presentation, Wednesday, June 22.
This increase is equivalent to net margin growth from 1.81 percent to 2.02 percent in 2022.
He also said that until the first quarter of 2022, consolidated revenues grew 12 percent from IDR 3.51 trillion in the first quarter of 2021 to IDR 3.93 trillion in the first three months of 2022.
Idrus added, an aggressive expansion strategy and an increase in house and local brands were able to support the growth of the retail segment in the first quarter of 16 percent.
"This segment is a growth engine for the Company because it is able to consistently grow double digits and has a larger margin than the distribution segment," said Idrus.
Currently, the retail segment contributes 37 percent of consolidated revenue, while the distribution segment as the company's revenue backbone contributes 63 percent.
The contribution of the modern retail segment has gradually increased from around 20 percent in 2009 to now reaching 37 percent.
