JAKARTA - Supporting the digitization of RSUD in DKI Jakarta, Bank DKI has prepared acceptance of a non-cash payment system for paying hospital bills for patients at RSUD Koja, Jakarta using the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) of Bank DKI and an EDC machine. The support for this non-cash payment system is expected to provide convenience for hospital administrators and visitors alike.

This was conveyed by the Director of Technology & Operations of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono after attending a ceremony for the Launching of the Payment System Digitalization of the Koja Regional General Hospital with the Secretary of the City of North Jakarta, Abdul Khalit and the Head of Koja Hospital, Ida Bagus Nyoman Banjar in Jakarta, Wednesday 20 April.

Director of Technology & Operations of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono said that the support includes the provision of payment platforms such as EDC machines to pay hospital bills for patients. In addition to EDC, Bank DKI has also implemented digitalization of payment transactions using the Indonesian Standard Quick Response or QRIS.

Hospital patients who have downloaded JakOne Mobile can directly scan the QRIS available at the payment counter. The implementation of non-cash transactions through EDC and QRIS is expected to provide convenience and comfort for patients. In addition to EDC and QRIS, Bank DKI also provides ATM machines and presents a scheduled Mobile Branch at Koja Hospital.

Bank DKI has provided virtual account services through the Cash Management System which can be used to monitor and conduct financial transactions in real time and online and is connected to the hospital management information system.

With the Bank DKI Cash Management System, it will make it easier for hospitals to obtain information on the position of funds from time to time and provide convenience in transacting through the banking system at any time online so that fund flow management can be carried out quickly and accurately.

Apart from being able to be used for paying hospital bills, JakOne Mobile can also be used to perform daily necessities transactions at merchants who collaborate with Bank DKI. Bill payments ranging from electricity bills, telephone bills, drinking water, or other bills, such as cable TV, internet, education, to BPJS Health can now be done through JakOne Mobile.

Bank DKI continues to provide ecosystem-based digital banking services through JakOne Community Apps to accommodate changes in customer behavior and the public who are increasingly moving towards digital services. JakOne Community Apps is a digital banking service to encourage the implementation of financial inclusion and through the development of digital products and services.
