JAKARTA - The listing of shares of PT Nanotech Indonesia Global Tbk (NANO) and PT Sumber Tani Agung Resources Tbk (STAA) increases the number of new listed companies (issuers) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Throughout this year until March 10, 2022, the total reached 11 issuers.

"This achievement is certainly encouraging for the IDX in the midst of the ongoing economic recovery," Nyoman added.
According to Nyoman, the increase in the number of companies listed on the IDX indicates that business players' trust in the Indonesian capital market is always well maintained.
In 2021, IDX has also achieved an encouraging achievement where IDX became the Stock Exchange with the highest number of listed companies in the last five years among ASEAN exchanges.
"This success is an effort of all capital market stakeholders supervised by the OJK to continue to make the Indonesian Capital Market more inclusive by providing convenience for all levels of companies, which is realized by various regulatory adjustments and the preparation of studies related to the share listing mechanism," said Nyoman.

In addition, Nyoman said, currently there are still 23 companies in the IDX share listing pipeline with the company's asset classification referring to POJK Number 53/POJK.04/2017.
Among them, one small-scale asset company (assets below IDR 50 billion), 12 medium-scale asset companies (assets between IDR 50 billion to IDR250 billion), and 10 large-scale asset companies (assets above IDR 250 billion). Meanwhile, in terms of sector, it consists of, one company from the Basic Materials sector, two companies from the Industrials sector, one company from the Transportation & Logistics sector, two companies from the Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector, and six companies from the Consumer Cyclicals sector.
