JAKARTA - PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk through its grandson, PT Waskita Modern Realti, has just conducted a groundbreaking for the Avasta cluster. This housing development with prices starting at IDR 250 million is the first stage of the Vasaka City Independent City Development Area.

The cluster is located in a 640-hectare New Independent City Area with the concept of Oasis Urban Development in East Jakarta, North Bekasi to be precise.

"We will market this Avasta with prices starting from IDR 250 million, but what we offer is a residence with a one stop living concept, because later Avasta residents will get complete conveniences and facilities in the Vasaka City area," said Feriyawati.

Feriyawati added that buying Avasta at an initial price would be very profitable considering the development plan for Vasaka City which has matured in less than 10 years.
