Explaining the Difficulties Faced in Moto3 India, Mario Aji Promises to Rise in the Next Series

JAKARTA - Indonesian racer, Mario Suryo Aji, again failed to get points in the 2023 Moto3 event. In the Indian MotoGP race at the Buddh Circuit, the Honda Team Asia rider only finished in 18th position.

This achievement is actually quite good considering he started from 24th position. Moreover, this is his first experience racing on the Buddh Circuit.

"It was quite a tough race. The gear ratio didn't work at the end of the race, and I had difficulty accelerating. The feeling while driving wasn't bad," explained Mario Aji after the race.

"I kept pushing the engine despite the hot weather, but at the start of the race, a rider fell in front of me, and to avoid a collision, I lost the front group," he continued.

Even though he is faced with various difficulties, Mario Aji remains optimistic and committed to rising from adversity. With unwavering determination, he is already targeting the next race at the Japanese MotoGP at the Motegi Circuit, next weekend.

"We'll see next week in Motegi," said Mario Aji.

If Mario Aji managed to finish, that wasn't the case with his teammate, Taiyo Furusato. Starting the race from eighth position, the Japanese racer failed to finish because he experienced an incident while struggling on the track.
