Rivan Nurmulki's Name Is Not Seen In The List Of 14 Indonesian Asian Games Men's Volleyball Players 2023, Here's His Replacement

JAKARTA - The Indonesian men's volleyball national team is preparing to appear at the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, September 23 - October 3. The Indonesian Volleyball Association (PBVSI) has released a list of 14 players to be brought in.

There is no name Rivan Nurmulki on the list. This is the fourth time that the player who has occupied the opposite position has been absent from defending Indonesia in international events.

Previously he was absent from defending the Red and White at the Iranian Asian Volleyball Championships and also two SEA V League 2023 series.

In Iran's first agenda, Rivan was not included in the squad because he had to accompany his wife to give birth. He is also in the process of resigning from the police.

While in the two 2023 SEA V League series, Rivan is again absent due to the coach's decision. Rivan rotated with Dimas Saputra who was not brought to the 2023 SEA Games and also the AVC Challenge Cup.

Instead, the coaching team deployed Boy Arnes Arabia and Anggil Angga Anggara as opposites.

Meanwhile, the names of the 14 players selected by PBVSI to Hangzhou are all players who were brought to the 2023 Asian Volleyball Championships.

In the tournament at the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou, Indonesia will be joined in Pool F with strong teams from Japan, the Philippines and Afghanistan.
