JAKARTA - A surprising statement was made by Inter Milan player, Milan Skriniar. He confirmed that he had signed a contract with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

Skriniar's move to PSG has actually been smelled for a long time. On Tuesday, January 24, the player's agent, Roberto Sistici, had said that the client did not want to extend his contract at Inter.

In fact, PSG coach Christophe Galtier is already very confident the Slovak will soon dock to the Parc de Princes. Although he did not clarify whether it would happen in January or the end of the season.

Skriniar's contract will actually expire in June. For that, it's possible PSG got it for free.

Inter don't want that to happen and demand 20 million euros (around Rp. 326 billion) from PSG to release the player this January. There has been no agreement between the two clubs regarding this transfer process.

However, when asked by Slovak media, Futbalsfz, about the truth of the issue he had signed a contract with PSG, the 27-year-old replied, "Yes, that's true. Now, however, I can't add more details to that."

"I'm waiting for the two clubs to find an agreement," the player continued.

Inter have reportedly considered Manchester United centre-back Victor Lindelof or Lille player Tiago Djalo if Skriniar's move is complete this month.
