Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Zainudin Amali revealed that President Jokowi had issued a Presidential Decree (Keppres) on Citizenship (naturalization) against the player whose full name was Shayne Elian Jay Pattynama.
"The Presidential Decree regarding the granting of citizenship to the Republic of Indonesia to Shayne Elian Jay Pattynama has been signed by Mr. President Joko Widodo," said the Minister of Youth and Sports.
