Happy At Inter Milan, Lukaku Has No Intention Of Returning To Chelsea

JAKARTA - Italian League club striker Inter Milan Romelu Lukaku reportedly has no thoughts of returning to Chelsea when his loan period expires next summer. Lukaku is reportedly happy now with the Nerazzuri and the club is believed to be ready to extend the loan of the Belgian striker. Currently Lukaku is still unable to show his spurs back with Inter because the 29-year-old has to be sidelined due to muscle problems. It is estimated that Lukaku can return to play early next month. Quoted from Football Italia via Antara, Sunday, September 25, Lukaku will undergo a medical next week to find out for sure his physical condition and Inter have high hopes of playing the former Manchester United player soon. This season the player who was born on May 13, 1993 has played three games for Inter in the Italian League with a goal of one in total of 227 minutes of play. Romelu Lukaku is known to have been imported by Inter from Chelsea in last summer's transfer market on a full one-season loan without the purchase option. Inter reportedly had to pay 12 million euros or around Rp. 187 billion, including the addition regarding performance and bonuses to bring the Antwrep born player, Belgium. In addition, Lukaku is reportedly ready to accept a 30 percent salary reduction from what he received at Chelsea in order to dock to Giuseppe Meazza in the transfer market last summer, while Inter was assisted by tax cuts as long as the deal was completed on June 30. Lukaku hopes that he can repeat his success with Inter where in the 2020/21 season they will be able to come out as champions of the Italian League. That season, Lukaku made 36 appearances in 36 Italian League games and scored 24 goals, much different from when he played with Chelsea this season, when the former Everton player scored 8 goals in 26 Premier League games.
