Aragon MotoGP: Come Back Marc Marquez Ended Prematurity, Disbanded Before After One Round Due To Two Scores

JAKARTA Marc Marquez's comeback back to the MotoGP arena ended prematurely, disbanding before he finished one round of the Aragon MotoGP. The 15th MotoGP 2022 series was held at the Motorlang Circuit, Aragon City, Spain on Sunday 18 September 2022.

Marquez, who returned to race after missing the previous six MotoGP racing series due to injury, seemed to promise a spectacular performance. Even though only starting from grid 13, the Honda factory team driver was able to poke to seventh in the start of the race.

However, the bubble of the MotoGP world champion for six times did not bear fruit with brilliant results. When separated from the third corner after the start, the Honda RC213V which he collided with Yamaha driven by Fabio Quartararo.

Quartararo was slammed onto the asphalt and failed to continue the race, but Marquez was able to keep going. Unfortunately the driver's luck, dubbed Baby Alien, did not continue. Shortly after, he again collided with his opponent. This time with Takaaki Nakagami, the rider of the Honda LCR team.

Nakagami fell and Marquez survived. But the second bump damaged Marquez's motorbike, smoke billowing from the Honda RC213V engine he was carrying. Marquez was forced to return to the pits, and the comeback ended.

I was just unlucky. The bump damaged my motorbike. I actually intended to avoid a collision with the rider on the right, but instead collided with the rider on the left," Marc Marquez told MotoGP television about the disaster he experienced in MotoGP Aragon.
