Marco Asensio Is 'angry' For Not playing When Real Madrid Beats Mallorca, Carlo Ancelotti: That's normal

JAKARTA - Real Madrid coach, Carlo Ancelotti, responded casually to Marco Asensio's anger in the match against Real Mallorca, Sunday, September 11, yesterday.

In that match, Marco Asensio showed his displeasure at not getting the minutes he deserved.

When against Mallorca, the Spaniard was not played. Asensio's rage exploded and threw the top of his training suit on the ground, kicking the bottle.

When he got to the bench, he sat down and threw his T-shirt on another chair.

Ancelotti said he could understand the attitude of his players. He also explained why he didn't include Asensio in the match.

"We prepare Mariano (Diaz) and Asensio to play if we are not able to make it 2-1. If he (Asensio) is angry, I agree with him," Ancelloti said after the game, as reported by Livescore.

"This is normal, it means you want to play, feel important. In this period, he has become an influential player in the squad and I take that into account."

I completely agree with his anger, nothing happened," he added.

Previously, the Mallorca native had been warned he would not have much playing time and that is why the club opened doors for him in the summer window.

With the lack of offers from other clubs, Asensio decided to stay. But now he is suffering from a lack of playing time. He only played in two games out of a possible seven. That's only 17 minutes.
